Help your carpets dry

If we've placed protective tabs under furniture, leave them there until the carpet is fully dry to avoid marks transferring back onto the carpet.
Be patient in winter
Cooler, damper winter weather can extend drying time. Allow the time we advise and keep air moving — don't rush it.
Keep up regular vacuuming
Once the carpet is fully dry, resume regular vacuuming to remove surface dirt before it works its way into the pile.
